How much did the tax payers pay Disney to use Tinkerbell and Tangled?

How much did Disney get paid by the tax payers to use Tinkerbell and Tangled in the .gov energy and reading campaigns? No conjecture, please. How much did the tax payers pay Disney to use Tinkerbell and Tangled?
A licensing fee is normal for the use of registered images.

Whatever it was it was worthwhile since such campaigns NEED easily recognized characters to attract people's attention. How much did the tax payers pay Disney to use Tinkerbell and Tangled?
It may have been fee- free for the Fed. Tangled is a new film, and benefits Disney as it's free advertising. There may be a limit on usage time as well as content and image. (Product placement is an important part of Hollywood behind-the-scenes.)

The USPS wanted to put the Barbie doll on a stamp when they were designing the 'Celebrate the Century' series and asked Mattel for permission to use the image. Mattel wanted a fee/royalties. The USPS said, 'sorry, we don't do that. It's an honor to be selected for a stamp.' Mattel declined. Cabbage Patch dolls were chosen instead.

The Barbie collectors went berserk at the company when this was learned. Several years later, a set called 'Classic American Dolls' was issued, and Barbie was in that one.
