What is the difference between Disney Character look-alikes and disney character performers?

I want to audition for disney, and I've done the look-alike auditions, I just don't know what the difference is between the two jobs. and their discriptionsWhat is the difference between Disney Character look-alikes and disney character performers?
Look alikes stand there, act like the characters and take pictures and sign autograph books... you have to be an actress or actor. youll need to fully embrace the character that youve been cast to play! for instance if your playing Ariel- you must be fun, and enchanting, you must act adventerous and confident. where as if you play Cinderella you have to act, sweet and kind, dreamy and classy. :)

also I think these characters stand oin the parades aswell

So I found out what the REAL difference is in the two ...

Character Look-A-Likes are like Peter Pans or Cinderella's and Evil Queen walking around the park with audographs and pictures .

Character Performers are "costumed characters" Like Mickey, Donald, and Pluto ect.

Then they have Character

Parade Performers which are the people who dance in the parade that look like Peter Pan or Wendy or Alice ect.

And They they have Theater Character Perfromers which are the actors for the park in like Snow White the musical or Beauty and the Beast LIVE ect. they have to be able to sing and act

Performers must perform- sing and or dance. Some of the performers are Union. pay grade can be different
