How do I make reservations for the Restaurant inside Disney's Pirates of the Caribean Ride?

My nephew wants nothing more for his birthday than to eat in the restaurant inside the Pirates of the Caribean Ride at Disney (Southern California). I've looked a bit on the net and I can't seem to find out anything about it. Can someone please tell me what it's actually called and how to make reservations??? The name of the restaurant is the Blue Bayou. Here is the info from the Disney website:

"Priority Seating is recommended and can be made in person for this location on a limited basis. Priority Seating can also be arranged in advance by calling Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE, or (714) 781-3463鈥?"
The name of the restaurant is "Blue Bayou" and the entrance can be found to the right of the building where the Pirates of the Caribbean ride is. There will be a host standing at a podium to the entrance and you can reserve seats by talking with them and telling them how many people will be dining. When seating opens up they'll call your name and take you to a table. Another way is to call their number at (714) 781-3463 and make reservations that way.

if by chance you happen to get a table for your trip, go to the reservation desk when you get into the park,and request a water table. he will have an even better time,as the boats come a bit close. food is good. depending on what you order,it could set you back 60,65 bucks. plus tip.. enjoy!!!
