What mode of transportation is available between Los Angeles and Disney Land?

I want to go how to got there? and how long does it take? Also, Disney land is so big and I only have this day for I will have to return to Los Angeles by end of the day. What are the important things to see at Disney? What mode of transportation is available between Los Angeles and Disney Land?
If you want to catch the 460 bus from Union Station, take the Red Line subway to 7th St/Metro station. Go to metro.net for schedules.

The best way, however, is to rent a car. Take I-5 south, get off at Disneyland Drive. It should take 30-90 minutes.
Taxi cabs. All over the place and always ready; (Lots of $$$$$$$)

Shuttle (moderate $$$$$$$$)

And others told you how to do the bus. (long hours and cheap)

Or you could rent a car. (lots of $$ but no transportation problems for your entire stay)What mode of transportation is available between Los Angeles and Disney Land?
You can take either Metrolink or Amtrak directly from LA Union Station to Anaheim. However, note that the last train back to LA leaves Anaheim at around 11 I believe, so if you want to stay later you can take a shuttle back. Don't take a taxi, it will be expensive.
From Union Station in LA, you could take the Metro to the 110 freeway at Manchester, and transfer to the bus 460 which will take you into the Disneyland area. It'll take about 2.5 hours.

Good luck! What mode of transportation is available between Los Angeles and Disney Land?
Shuttle is best option when you are short of time. Try Supper Shuttle or Roadrunner Shuttle http://www.rrshuttle.com/index.html
