How much money should my family bring for food in Disney?

My family is going to Disney for six days. I'm wondering how much money we should bring for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are three people in our family. Can anyone give me an estimate? How much money should my family bring for food in Disney?
$150 for each day.
The link to the menus on allears.net should be a big help, as should the suggestions for snacks. Your estimate depends on what kind of food you plan on eating. There's a wide span between a burger and fries or dinner at a character buffet.

However, I'm a big fan of eating breakfast or lunch out. (And a big fan of breakfast in general, I realize many folks aren't. Running around a theme park may change your eating habits. ) Many hotels have buffets included, or they let kids eat free. Places like Sizzler serve very inexpensive buffets too. They're fast, I'd rather fill up on a $3.99 meal early that'll keep me fueled until mid-afternoon. The lines for rides are shorter in the morning and I like to keep moving instead of stopping to eat.How much money should my family bring for food in Disney?
I'm sorry, I'm not exactly sure how much for each day, but I CAN give you tips on how to save money.

For breakfast, try to avoid eating out as much as possible. I don't know whether your hotel will have a mini kitchen or not, but if you go to the local super market somewhere in Orlando, you can buy poptarts, cereal, milk, fruit, etc. and eat in the hotel or in the car on the way to the park. If you want to eat with the characters, don't do it for breakfast. Save it for lunch or dinner.

For snacks, you can also do the same as breakfast. Pack mini snack bags with chips, goldfish, drinks, etc, but it's also fun to buy the ice cream and pretzels and popcorn at the parks. They tend to get expensive, though.

Lunch: Here is a list of all the restaurants in the Disney theme parks and hotels. http://allears.net/menu/menus.htm The lunches get pretty expensive, so don't eat at full out restaurants for lunch, like the Crystal Palace for example. Instead, grab something quick, like a burger or chicken or something.

Dinner: Leave the park for dinner. You can get a stamp on your hand and come back later after you've eaten. Eat somewhere in downtown Orlando or close to the parks and hotels. You can find restaurants that are still good without having to pay Disney prices. Just eating at a Chile's or Friday's or a Chinese buffet will help save money. When my family and I go to Disney, we usually eat at a non-Disney place a few times and then at a Disney restaurant a few times as well. Look a the list I left above to see Disney restuarants.

Have fun!
Most of the meals (burgers or salad or chickenfingers / side/ drink) are $8-10. There are nicer places, of course, which are more.

Extra drinks and ice cream throughout the days will be $2.50 to $4 more.

You can do the math.

I would suggest eating breakfast elsewhere, or buying some bananas and eating them on the drive in.

Whatever you do, if you go to Hollywood studios and see people carrying around giant turkey legs, do not succumb to the temptation to buy one yourself. Trust me.How much money should my family bring for food in Disney?
Cheapest meals you are going to find in the park are $8 to $10 per person... and of course, if you want to eat at nicer restaurants, the sky is the limit.

If saving money is an issue, what we do is either go out for breakfast before we go to the park-- or sometimes bring a box of cereal and some Yoohoo drink boxes (don't need refrigeration) and canned fruit to the hotel and eat it before we leave. Then we go grab McDonalds, Burger King, or Subway sandwiches (bring coupons if you can find them) before heading back to the room.

We also like to carry some small easy snacks in the park, nuts are good because they don't crush or melt %26amp; they are protien. Also good are granola bars, trail mix %26amp; beef jerky. That way we snack infrequently throughout the day, cuts down on the food we buy.

We buy stuff %26amp; share it too. Like we might buy 1 turkey leg (about $9) and the 4 of us will pick on it while waiting for a parade, then later we'll go to a snack bar and get 2 meals like pizza/salad and split it 4 ways. Then later we'll go get a couple of churros or two ice cream sundaes and split them.

This prevents you from getting too full/bloated-- which makes walking around uncomfortable.

We just get free ice water from the snack bars most of the day, better for hydration, and then treat ourselves to a soda at meal time.
check out site below. It has all WDW menus and prices. A counter service meal will run about $12 per person per meal.

So that is about $110 per day, without anything else- drinks during the day, ice cream, desserts, snacks

If you are staying at a WDW resort you should look into the dining plan.
i would say 300 dollars but you can bring food inside and that will save money
