What Does Disney Look For When Casting Roles?

So I want to be on Disney Channel, and I know how to submit for roles and everything. What I want to know is what stands out for the casting directors? What made Selena Gomez, Demi Lovato and Miley Cyrus so liked by Disney? What appearance , personality, experience, and other traits does Disney like? What Does Disney Look For When Casting Roles?
empty headed morons, in general. sometimes he fudges and hires a couple of imbeciles. the moron lobby is very powerful and disney (may he rot) is hell bent on keeping his costs down. this may lend veracity to the rumor that he was seen hiring simple idiots during sweeps week.
Disney looks for star quality that is unmatched by any other company. They mainly are looking for triple threats: those who can act, sing, and dance. It's not always the best looking people, but rather those who stand out and have amazing talent in multiple fields.

They also look for people who are confident, and who have the desire to be there. They need people who are willing to work hard, who can follow directions well, and who will be good role models for children.

It's highly competitive, and the best of the best are chosen. Once they are chosen, the rest of the world needs to fall in love with that person too. You should go for it - good luck! What Does Disney Look For When Casting Roles?
Usually it's not the person, but their acting ability. It really depends on what role you're going for, I'm not familiar with Disney's audition process so maybe you don't know what role you're trying for. I think it's a person who is capable to be a good role model, has that good-girl appearance, and has a great talent and love for acting and Disney Channel.

Wholesome, non-threatening, and positive. Someone that can be a role model for children.
