How does Nick manage to keep their teenage stars out of controversy unlike Disney?

I mean both channels have similar tv shows. But Disney seems like they have more of the controversy esp when now with Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato.



While Nick and its 2 stars Miranda Cosgrove and Victoria Justice seem to not only make sure they dont but themselves in the tabloids but make themselves media darlings and loved by everyone.



So why cant Disney Stars not get in trouble like the Nick stars?How does Nick manage to keep their teenage stars out of controversy unlike Disney?
Maybe its because Disney puts to much pressure to their stars that they crack. I don't know either. You see more controversy more publicity for the star more fame and popularity. I don't think any of these stars wants the bad image they get but with more controversy means more fame and fortune. In short that explains why Disney had their past or maybe future stars more famous than Nickelodeon stars because of the controversies.How does Nick manage to keep their teenage stars out of controversy unlike Disney?
I think it's just coincidence that the Disney Stars have gotten into controversy recently and the Nick stars haven't. They are all in show business, filming in the same areas, filming the same types of shows. They have the same fan bases, and attend the same awards shows. These companies represent their stars, but they do not control them. Every one of these kids has a mind of their own, and deals with stress in various ways.



I don't think Disney or Nick should be blamed for the actions of people who work by them. I own a small business, and I would hate it if my employees were having emotional problems like Demi. I certainly would hope that it wasn't my fault, and I would just want to help them. It's a lot of pressure being young %26amp; being famous, and how each person deals with it is on them.How does Nick manage to keep their teenage stars out of controversy unlike Disney?
I think it all depends on the people. Not all the Disney stars are wacked out. Look at Selena Gomez and Brenda Song. They have both been on disney for years and they are just as clean cut and well liked as the Nick stars.
