Does Disney World Have jobs for people to specifically work with special needs people?

I have benn working with people with Developmental Disabilities for over 10 years. I am re-locating this January to Orlando, FL, and ideally would like to continue to work with this population of people at Disney World.Does Disney World Have jobs for people to specifically work with special needs people?

Most Castmembers (employees) are given an area to work in. You get some choice, I believe, but there is very little chance, before you finish training that you will be promised a position in that field.

That said, I am unsure if they do, but I would say no, not specifically. You may be trained for the guests will special needs, but not just for them.Does Disney World Have jobs for people to specifically work with special needs people?
There are Disabilities cast members that help people go around. Haven't seen any. For job information you could go to www.disney.com or go to yahoo and search for Disney Disabilities jobs.
Yes. All kinds and all departments even in shows.

At Disney's California Adventure, one of the girls in the musical Aladdin show performs in a wheelchair really well.
