What would a theme park the size of disney land cost to build now a days?

What would a theme park the size of disney land cost to build now a days? What would a theme park the size of disney land cost to build now a days?
With the value of the money now less than what it was in 1965. Walt bought the Florida land for little of nothing because of fake names. Today companies must state their real name or they will have a lawsuit against them. If I was guessing that I would put the cost at around $100 billion just for the land. The monorail alone cost $100 million per mile in today's money so the rides would have an outrageous price on them.
hong kong Disneyland which is the smallest Disneyland was open in 2005 and cost US$3.5 billion. you would have to think that it would cost more then that to build it in the USA because the labor would be cheaper in hong kong and the government owns 57% so there probably would have been no worries about getting builing approvals and they probably already own the landWhat would a theme park the size of disney land cost to build now a days?
With Disney's level of theming every little detail....Billions.

I believe when Islands of Adventure was built it cost Universal $1.2billion.
1 billion dollars! What would a theme park the size of disney land cost to build now a days?
A couple of billion of dollars!!!

You have hire engineers, planners, construction contractors, landscapers, maintenance workers, park employees, etc.... Then, you have to buy materials for the rides and buildings, merchandise, get licensings, insurances (medical, accidental, life, dental, vision, rides, equipment, vehicles, etc....), supplies, equipment, back generators, etc.... After that you have to pay bills for electricity, water, sewage, sub-contractors, gas, phones, internet, etc....
ALOT. They are adding onto CA adventures next door, and thats costing them 1.2 Bil to fix the place up. I seriously belive that NOBODY can give you a straight awnser with that question. You could easily look up all the ride's costs when they were built, but with inflation it would just be imposable to get a good solid awnser.
Although there are several factors like the value of the land, cost of labor and goods, if we just look at it from an inflation point of view here is how it breaks down鈥?br>

In 1955 it cost 17 million (17,000,000.00) dollars to build Disneyland. That is without counting some of the rides and updates that would be performed in the years following the original opening.

17 million in todays currency (a million is not what it used to be) would be worth over 131 million. (131,496,268.66). now that does not cover downtown disney, California Adventure or any upgrades performed to rides, maintenace, etc.
a lot
