What are some benefits of working at walt disney world?

I'm just seeing what my oppurtunities are right now.I am planning on going to culinary college in orlando at Le Cordon Bleu.The admissions lady was saying something about working at one of the parks in orlando be it disney or something like seaworld.I'm just curious as to what the benefits are to working there.What are some benefits of working at walt disney world?
