What is the application process for working at Disney World as one of the actresses that walk around as one of the princesses?How to Become a Disney Princess at Disney World?
First of all you have to have some experience working with kids, you also need to be an actress then you go to an audition and if they think your good, then you get the job :)

I do not know what race you are but white women have the best chance of getting hired... if you are arab, your only chance is Jasmine and MAYBE poccahontas... if your Asian your only chance is Mulan (that is for light skinned asians) Dark Skinned Asians sometimes get Hired as Poccahontas too
if you are African American you will only be hired for Tiana,
but if you are White you can get hired for Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora, Ariel, Belle, and Rapunzel
if you are white you will make transitions weekly, you will change from CInderella, to Aurora, to Ariel (Ect..)How to Become a Disney Princess at Disney World?
