I want to play the song, "God Help the Outcasts" (from Hunchback of Notre Dame) over a public access TV Spot for Holocaust Remembrance Day in April, but I need to obtain the rights from Disney, first. Does anyone know how to do this?How do I obtain the rights from Disney to play one of their songs on a local tv spot?
