What are the best and worst days to go ot the Disney Parks in Orlando?

I'm going to Walt Disney World next week and we are planning which parks to go to on which days. Do you know what the worst days for each park are?- if you know what I mean. Like Monday is bad for Magic Kingdom or whatever! Thanks! What are the best and worst days to go ot the Disney Parks in Orlando?
"The Magic Kingdom is busiest on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. Epcot's busy days are Wednesday and Friday. For MGM Studios, avoid Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. And Animal Kingdom is most crowded on Monday, Tuesday and Friday."

This is actually more complex then you might think. Each park is busy on specific days and it varies depending on holidays and school schedules. Another factor you have to include is peoples travel patterns and habits. I could copy out this whole table but I'm frankly lazy so please check the link. They update frequently and are pretty reliable so as you get closer to your trip, actual planning becomes easier. What are the best and worst days to go ot the Disney Parks in Orlando?
The most crowded days are days with "Extra Magic Hours". On certain days, specific parks will open early or stay open late at night. Only those who are staying in Disney Hotels can take advantage of these times. People tend to flock to those parks on those days, thus resulting in a very crowded park! Extra Magic Evenings are absolutely terrible!

Typically, the best time to visit each park is the day AFTER an Extra Magic day. I found this to be very true during my family's July '08 vacation. We did visit Hollywood Studios on an Extra Magic evening. It got so crowded that you literally had a tough time walking.

Here is the best tip anyone can give you:

Go buy "The Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World 2009". This was the best $20 I spent for my family's July 2008 vacation to Disney. The book contains reviews for restaurants, hotels, and attractions on and off Disney property. However, the best part of the book are the touring plans! The plans give you step by step instructions on where to go and when to go in order to avoid the longest lines.

For example: "Soarin" in EPCOT is one of the most popular rides in all of Disney. A 2-hour wait in line is not uncommon to partake in this awesome experience. However, using the touring plan in the book and maximizing Disney's "Fast Pass" system, we were able to ride it twice in a row without waiting in line one time!

By the way, if you don't know what the "Fast Pass" system is, then definitely get the book or ask us that are in the know at yahooanswers. It's fast, easy, and one of the few FREE things in Disney. Yes, it is absolutely FREE!

Go out and buy the book today. I promise you will not be disappointed.

Have fun!

P.S. The link below will take you directly to the Extra Magic Hours page at the Disneyworld website. Remember, avoid those days!
Lol, monday is bad for magic kingdom (try going on a wednesday). Epcot is great on sundays (never saturdays).

MGM is never good on weekends.

Animal Kingdom is good on Tuesdays and Thursdays. What are the best and worst days to go ot the Disney Parks in Orlando?
Surprisingly, weekends are usually best. Most people travel on the weekend. Monday is the worst day to go.
