How much does it cost for a family of 5 to go to Disney World?

My parents, myself (14), my brother (11), and sister (5).

I was wondering how much it costs for us 5 to go to Disney in Orlando. We've been there twice before and I want to go again but my mom says we have to wait until she graduates school which is next June :/

So how much would it be if us 5 went for 7 days, 6 nights? How much does it cost for a family of 5 to go to Disney World?
It depends on a lot of factors. When you go and where you stay are the biggest factors.

Disney has many different seasons-sumemr, holiday, value, etc. and each season is a different price

They also have different levels of on-site hotels. There are deluxe, moderate and value. Every one gives you the Disney experience and you are on-site, but they have different amenities.

You can compare seasons and hotels on their website, www.waltdisneyworld.com. If you request a Disney vacation DVD (which is free) the brochure in it will tell you when all the different seasons are and how much the different hotels prices start at for each season. Also, sometimes you can get lucky and get a special coupon code. I got a 20% coupon the first time I requested a DVD.

Also, it depends what park ticket you choose and for how many days. You have options that you can add to your base park ticket including:

park hopper-which allows you to go to multiple parks in one day

water park fun %26amp; more-which gives you access to water parks, wide world of sports and other places

no expiration-which means your ticket doesn't expire.

You can also add a meal plan to your ticket and they have 4 or 5 different options based on you and your families needs. You can view everything on their website.

There is a spot on their website where you can check out the current special offers http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/special鈥?/a>

This website http://allears.net/index.html is also very helpful. They have reviews on all the hotels, Q%26amp;A sections, reviews and menus for dining. Pretty much everything you need to plan a trip.

We just booked our trip for August 28-September 4. It is 2 adults and we are staying at a moderate resort, the Port Orleans-French Quarter. We have an 8-day ticket with park hopper %26amp; water park fun and more option. We also have the general Disney dining plan. Our cost for everything but flight is $2,153.66 total or $1,076.83/person. This price includes room, park tickets, food, transportation to all parks and to/from hotel and all the ameneties you get with staying on Disney property.

I have a great travel agent who is an official Disney travel agent. Her name is Nancy and you can find her at http://wdwtravels.com/default.aspx This company is really helpful and will help you plan everything and answer all your questions. They can even change your package is a special comes oout after you book that is cheaper than the one you booked.

Hope I have helped. If you have any questions, e-mail me at msteinberg414@yahoo.com

It is hard to say, it depends on if you want to stay at Disney or off property. If on property, which resort tier. We area family of 5 and we go off season so the price is lower ( think late Sept for best prices) we get teh dinning plan and tickets and it cost us about 3,000.00. We also stay at a Moderate resort. If you go to www.disneyworld.com you can price out a package. You just enter a date and how many and it will walk you through the rest and you have no obligation to purchase. How much does it cost for a family of 5 to go to Disney World?
For a 5 night 6 day package, staying in the Value resorts with the dining plan it costs $ 3,563.85. This is for a family of 5. This price DOES NOT include any traveling. We are providing that ourselves. We anticipating another $1200-$1300 for travel too and from Disney World.

That's what I just paid for my family of 5 to go in May.
