1) It doesn't matter. They have really young people on there, and really old people. I mean, gosh, Kevin Jonas is like 22 and MARRIED and he's playing a highschooler on JONAS.

You can be almost any age to audition, for example the guy who plays "Jackson" on Hannah Montana is I think like almost 30 years old. Look on the website for the phone number and also look for acting auditions being held like on the radio or something. I hear them all the time.
