The day you start %26amp; go through Traditions you will get your pass (which is your ID card). That will get only you into the park. Your actually maingate pass (to use for family/friends) you will not get until after your 90 days.
With the maingate pass you are able to get yourself %26amp; 3 others in once a day %26amp; only up to 12 times a year (basically once a month). You will also get two not for sale passes to just give to anyone twice a year, then you will also get your holiday pass around Christmas (usually starts handing them out around October/November)How long does it take to get your maingate pass at Disney World after your start date?
Your pass that you get for you to get into the parks is an almost immediate thing. You get your pass whenever you take your Traditions course which details the company's history as well as what the company stands for. As for the main gate pass to get your friends and family in the parks... I've been employed a month and have yet to get it. I don't know what the issue is for that, but some of my friends have theirs already. They got it within a week of being employed.
