How can sue Disney for stealing my family story?

My mom always told me that we are related to Hans Christian Anderson who wrote "The Little Mermaid". Disney made a movie called "A Little Mermaid" based on the Hans Christian Anderson story, and made a lot of money off it.

So I figure I should get some of that Disney money. How do I go about sueing Disney? And is there a way to shut down Disneyland and Disneyworld with and injunction to let them know I mean business? How can sue Disney for stealing my family story?
Whatever you say prince eric, all the best to ariel. I assume you have some sort of proof of this. I also assume you have the time and money to pursue legal action against a multi-billion dollar corporation.
Right, I really doubt you could possibly get money out of this. It is a fairy tale that has been seen many times. The story has been adapted and changed many times. Disney never claimed they wrote the story. That could be grounds for suing them if they did, but if that were the case you would have to prove you were related to Hans Christian Anderson and that would take enough time and money alone. Then you would have to pay lawyers fees and such and there would really be no point. How can sue Disney for stealing my family story?
Hans Christian Anderson died in 1875. "The Little Mermaid" was first published in 1837. The family's rights to ownership of the story have expired. It is now in the public domain and free for anyone to use.
..and why does the mere fact that you are related to him entitle YOU to anything? You've done nothing! Anyway, Disney would destroy you, even if you were right. Which you aren't.How can sue Disney for stealing my family story?
I assume that you're not serious.

Just in case, The Little Merrmaid went out of copyright decades ago.
You would need to have a current copy-write that was in effect when the Disney version was made.
I'm guessing you're not serious...
