unfortunately, disney is not able to tell you over the phone if they are good or not. the only way to be able to tell is to go to the parks. this question comes up a lot, but believe me, you cant get that info on the phone. they have to physically scan the bar code on the ticket to see how many days remaining. your best bet is to go and hope for the best, and have an alternative plan in case they are no goodHow can I find out if complimentary tickets are good to Disney World without going first?
I was given tickets like that a while back. What it is, is your client got themselves 4 or 5 or however many days tickets. He more than likely did not use all of the days. That is why they look used it is because they are. But there is days remaining on them. You should be able to use them, but if you are concerned I would call Disney and ask them how many days are remaining on them. If I am correct and they are previously used but not by you, then don't tell Disney employees that they were given to you. They may be able to not let you use them. It is illegal or anything and if you go to a time share presentation, you will get free tickets there that have probably been used but you can still use them to get into Disney. Go and have fun.
Sorry, I meant to say it ISN'T illegal or anything.
