Why does everybody on disney channel sing when most of them are terrible?

Seriously! About 99% of them suck and do not have a voice but they always sing. I watched disney chsnnel with my little sis and at every commercial break a new person would sing some terrible song and make my ears bleed!Why does everybody on disney channel sing when most of them are terrible?
They get the choice to be signed to they're record label as soon as they land a job there, its to build up fans, money and Disney's fan base. Then most of them say yes for the same reasons really. Its kind of cheating really, its not very fair on the talented people.Why does everybody on disney channel sing when most of them are terrible?
