Is Disney Mobile the only cell that I can get to have the ability to track my kid from on-line?

I'm not very familiar with gps tracking but it's my understanding that Disney Mobile cell phones have that ability. It doesn't look like Disney Mobile covers our area very well so I was wondering if other cell phone providers have this technology that they offer. Disney is the only carrier that has free use of the gps system. All others you pay for just the basic usage...

Disney Mobile is the popular one on T.V. I don't know of any other kind since the technology is fairly new I think.
Disney Mobile is just an MVNO of Sprint PCS. They do not own their own network.
