In many Disney movies, there is a reference from another Disney movie. Like in Hercules, he is wearing Scar's pelt as he poses for a picture, and Mrs. Potts can be seen in Tarzan. What is the reference in Mulan?What is the other Disney movie reference in Mulan?
When Mulan sings "Reflection" in her father's shrine, her reflection appears in the polished surface of the temple stones. The writing on the temple stones is the names of the Disney animators who worked on the film written in ancient Chinese. Not a reference to a movie, but a reference to some Disney Imagineers at least.
There are several hidden mickey's, which doesn't reference any other movies, but it is a throwback to Disney World itself. Here's a full list:

This is all that I know of for Mulan. I don't believe that any characters from other movies make any appearances or that there are any other Disney movie references. I know most Disney movies do have them, but I have never heard of any in Mulan.
