My husband and I are going to stay at Disney's next month for his birthday (turning 32). We are new pass holders with access to all of the parks and hotels. My options are huge! Help me decide!
We love the seafood, steak, and sushi. Any combination would be great! I want to really impress him!
Help! What Disney restaurant should I take my husband on his birthday?
My vote is for The Yachtsman Steakhouse, located within the Yacht Club resort. Excellent steaks and service. It's always a must stop during our visits to Disney World. Here's a menu link:

if you are looking for a nice evening out with NO KIDS then i would suggest the california grill restaurant in the contemporary resort.
if you are looking for a nice evening out and don't mind if plenty of kids are around then i would recommend the Coral reef restaurant in epcot.
if you're looking for a fun and entertaining evening out then i would recommend chef mickey's in the contemporary resort. its a buffet and you meet and greet with mickey, minnie, goofy, donald, and pluto. What Disney restaurant should I take my husband on his birthday?
The food is good at the Coral Reef Restaurant in Epcot. The fish swim around you in a HUGE tank in the walls. I reccomend you not go if you plan on eating seafood, even though the food is great you may be a little uncomfortable with fish swimming around you. It is beautiful though and the food is great.
We celebrated my birthday in WDW this past year. We had dinner at 'Ohana at the Polynesian Resort. The food is fabulous %26amp; nonstop. The evening we went they had the Wishes fireworks. We could watch them %26amp; hear the music. We could also see the electric light parade on the water. We had a fantastic evening!!! Check out Teppan Edo in the Japan pavillion in EPCOT. You can get seafood, steak and sushi. http://allears.net/menu/menu_teppan.htm
It depends on what you are looking for. Here are a few suggestions.
If you want elegance without kids, I would shoot for the moon. Victoria and Albert's is a AAA Five Diamond restaurant in the Grand Floridian resort. It is VERY high priced, but a dining experience that is second to none. This is a fancy restaurant with a seven course meal, no jeans or shorts.
Fulton's in Downtown Disney is a big favorite in our family. You can get some of the best seafood, steak, or any combo of the two that I have ever had. The decor and atmosphere is pretty cool, being built on a real boat. This is our restaurant of choice for Easter Sunday dinner our last two visits, and Easter dinner again this year.
Staying with the seafood theme, the Coral Reef restaurant in the Living Seas at Epcot is another favorite. The food is outstanding, plus you get the added benefit of sitting near the aquarium from the Living Seas. Expensive, but worth the money.
Le Cellier steakhouse in Epcot - Canada. Great steaks, ambiance. We ate there the last visit and loved the restaurant. Highly recommended.
Teppan Edo in Japan is a Japanese steakhouse where they prepare the food right at your table. Seafood, steak, and sushi all in one place (I believe there is sushi, I had seafood and steak when I was there last.) Anyway, a great choice for the food and the atmosphere.
These are only a few suggestions. If you want some more suggestions complete with full reviews, I suggest checking out the disboards. The disboards is a message boards type website that is all about going to Disney. You can get resort reviews, restaurant reviews, tips and tricks for avoiding crowds, and so much more. You can get up to the minute reviews of restaurants from people who are actually sitting at the table!! We go often, and I learn something new everytime I go on the site. I put the link below.
Hope this helps, have a great trip!!
