well i know that walt disney was the first person to give names to the seven dwarfs. and in the original the queen uses a corset and comb before the apple to put snow white into a comatose state. the prince doesn't have to kiss snow white to bring her back to life again. and at their wedding the old queen is invited and made to dance in shoes of iron which were made red hot by a stove. she danced till she dropped dead. you should read the original and compare them for yourself. here, follow this link:

The hunts men that takes snow white to the woods kills a wild pig and takes the heart to the queen. She then eats it thinking that it is snow white's heart. Also in the original, the queen goes to snow white twice before the apple does her in. The first was a lace bodice that the queen tightens to the point that she can not breath. the little men revive her and instruct her not to let anyone in while they are gone. She does and the queen again in disguise gives her a poisoned comb. The little men again revive her and finally she has the last visit from the queen. The apple is white on one side and red on the other. To gain her trust, she takes a piece of the red side to prove that it is okay to eat. Of course snow white takes a bit out of the white side. The little men put her in the glass case and the prince finds her in the woods. When his men are transporting the casket, they trip and the apple is dislodged from her throat.
