I applied for a Disney Professional Internship in California about 3 weeks ago and had my screening interview 2 weeks ago, but I haven't heard back since. Is this normal? Also, is it a good or bad thing that I haven't heard back yet?How long does it usually take to hear back after a screening interview for a disney professional internship?
I would say it is time to start looking somewhere else. In this job market I have heard on average you have a one in ten chance of getting hired at any one job, so theoretically you should have to go to at least half of 10, or 5 interviews to get hired on average. Luck is less than 5 interviews, where bad luck is expect more than 5 interviews.
