I want to do the disney program in january, would they let me take online classes at my university, along with the class that I would take at disney?

This depends on which classes you are interested in taking online- some colleges don't offer certain classes online. Yes you can. Disney does not restrict you from taking classes while in the program and there's no reason while your college should prevent you from taking online classes while enrolled at their school.
It all depends whether you feel you'll be able to handle it, I suppose. I had no problem.
