You have the option of either picking it up an any will call window at the front of any theme Disney park or dowwntown disney or have it mailed to you. You pay for the shipping. If you choose to pick it up print the confirmation email and bring your credit card you used to purchase and ID with you.How are florida residents Disney world annual passes received? You will print them off your email. Then you bring that email to the ticket booth or Guest Services and they will issue the card with a little packet on all your discounts and such
