All the Disney hotels are 18. There are lots down International Drive that take 18. You'll just have to call the individual hotel or check their website.
I assume you are using Hotels.com or travelocity or whatever...they usually say if you have to be 21. If you are unsure, call the hotel using the phone # on the website. Another easy thing to do is reserve the room on the phone with a credit card. At check in, they may just ask for the card, not for ID - even if they ask for ID, they prob will not check your age, just that the name matches the credit card.

MANY hotels in the area only require that you be 18+ to check in. i don't know specifically where you want to stay and i'm not going to do a bunch of research for you. just call the hotels you are interested in and ask them.
