The Disney Dining Plan is available exclusively to guests staying at a Disney Resort. I disagree with what another answerer said: Purchasing the Disney Dining Plan actually saves up to 40% on dining if you use your plan wisely.Can you purchase the Disney Dining Plan with out booking a vacation thru the resort?
The dining plans can only be booked by people staying at Disney resorts. But don't be sorry, you're not missing anything. They are not any cheaper than paying as you go, really, and paying cash as you go is a heck of a lot easier to keep track of.
Sorry to tell you, but the dining plan is only available to guests staying in Disney resorts!
