Call customer service and insist to speak to the president of the company. If they won't put you thru, get his or her mailing address and send a certified letter to his attention. Mark it personal %26amp; confidential then they should get it and it shouldn't be opened by a clerk and stuffed in a file.

I think they are like many companies in that you will probably get a form letter. If it's just customer service, it may not be worth the hassel of continuing to write them. If they owe you money or need to refund you, don't give up. My wife used a service she found on the web that got her a refund and an apology. It's called consumerhelpweb.com. We had to pay up front, but it's worth the $$ because it's only $30, and they refund you if they don't get an answer.

How should I ask a girl to prom while at Disney World?
I'm not very creative, but for a school trip our school's band is going to Disney World and that is where I want to ask my friend to prom. Is there any way to make it more special and fun?How should I ask a girl to prom while at Disney World?
Well, you're not proposing, so getting down on one knee in front of the castle might not be the best idea. lol
But definitely talk to cast members and ask for their help/advice. Most of them will go out of their way to make your day more "magical". Maybe you could find out who her favorite character is. Or maybe you could get Cinderella to ask her to "accompany you to the annual ball" or something like that.

One of my dream internships is to intern at Disney Books. A) I love Disney and B) I want to go into publishing when I graduate college. I mean both channels have similar tv shows. But Disney seems like they have more of the controversy esp when now with Miley Cyrus and Demi Lovato.
While Nick and its 2 stars Miranda Cosgrove and Victoria Justice seem to not only make sure they dont but themselves in the tabloids but make themselves media darlings and loved by everyone.
So why cant Disney Stars not get in trouble like the Nick stars?How does Nick manage to keep their teenage stars out of controversy unlike Disney?
Maybe its because Disney puts to much pressure to their stars that they crack. I don't know either. You see more controversy more publicity for the star more fame and popularity. I don't think any of these stars wants the bad image they get but with more controversy means more fame and fortune. In short that explains why Disney had their past or maybe future stars more famous than Nickelodeon stars because of the controversies.How does Nick manage to keep their teenage stars out of controversy unlike Disney?
I think it's just coincidence that the Disney Stars have gotten into controversy recently and the Nick stars haven't. They are all in show business, filming in the same areas, filming the same types of shows. They have the same fan bases, and attend the same awards shows. These companies represent their stars, but they do not control them. Every one of these kids has a mind of their own, and deals with stress in various ways.
I don't think Disney or Nick should be blamed for the actions of people who work by them. I own a small business, and I would hate it if my employees were having emotional problems like Demi. I certainly would hope that it wasn't my fault, and I would just want to help them. I think it all depends on the people. Not all the Disney stars are wacked out. Look at Selena Gomez and Brenda Song. They have both been on disney for years and they are just as clean cut and well liked as the Nick stars.
